Step forward into left fighting stance (hidari hanmi-gamae)
Step forward with right junzuki Jodan then left gyakuzuki chudan
Left foot sweep
Right reverse punch chudan
Defender - Musubi-Dachi (Feet together)
Step back into left fighting stance
Step back into right Junzuki with right shuto Uchiuke
Ohyo No.2
Attacker - Step forward into right fighting stance
Right leg slides forward with left reverse punch to the head
one step foot sweep
Left reverse punch to the body.
Defender - Step back into left fighting stance
draw back into Junzuki with left shuto uchiuke (open hand block).
Ohyo No.3
Attacker - Step forward into left fighting stance
Step forward with junzuki jodan - gyakuzuki chudan.
Slide and twist into right Shiko dachi (avoiding opponents front arm punch)
with right arm across defenders chest and right shoulder
Take down over right knee, Uraken to head as they land.
Defender - Step back into right fighting stance (migi-hanmi-gamae)
Step back into left fighting stance
Slide forward with left leaning lunge punch to the head.
Attacker - steps back, zanshin
Defender - Rolls to the left into a kneeling half way position, then pushes up and back to stand, zanshin.
Ohyo No.4
Attacker - Step forward into right fighting stance
Step forward with right Uraken to the head (temple)
left hand covers with Shuto
Right Gyaku punch to the body
Right hand reaches over to grab defenders left shoulder
pull into right Hiza geri
Right downward elbow strike to base of skull.
Control your opponent away from you.
Defender - step back into right fighting stance
draw back into right Junzuki, blocking with right forearm to cover side of head (temple)
Both sides step back, Zanshin.
Ohyo No.5
Attacker - Step forward into left fighting stance
Step forward left gyakuzuki chudan
Surikomi maegeri chudan
Defender - step back into left fighting stance
step back right innerblock (Uchiuke)
step back with left inner open hand deflecting block (left sukuiuke)
right ridge hand strike (Haito) to the ribs
right backfist (uraken) strike to the head
left hand grabs attackers right shoulder drop down onto your right knee and sweep attackers right leg with your right Haito. Pull down with your left hand and continue to sweep them down.
follow up with right Shuto-uchi Jodan (Knife hand strike to attackers head) or Uraken either is fine.
Push up and back into fighting stance, zanshin.
Attacker - rolls to the left away from defender into a half knelt position with guard up, before pushing up and back into fighting stance.
Ohyo No.6
Attacker - Step forward into left leg fighting stance
Surikomi Maegeri Chudan
left leg slides forward with right Gyakuzuki jodan
Yoriashi (Move forward) Left foot sweep, bring left leg back for distancing and perform right mawashigeri chudan.
Defender - step back into left leg fighting stance
step back into right fighting stance
Slide back while blocking with right shuto uchiuke
Both sides step back away from each other into fighting stance.
Ohyo No.7
Attacker - step forward into left leg fighting stance
slide forward left snap punch (Tobikomizuki)
slide forward again with left tobikomizuki
slide back with left open hand deflecting block
Gyaku punch to the body
Right hand grabs Defenders right shoulder
press the back of the defenders right knee with your right foot and pull them down to the ground with your right hand (defender should land on your right side)
Gyakuzuki jodan to finish
Defender - step back into left fighting stance (hidari-hanmi-gamae)
slide back and block with left Shuto Uchiuke
slide backward again and block with left shuto uchiuke
Counter with right Maegeri chudan
Attacker steps back into fighting stance while defender rolls to the right into a half kneel position before pushing up and back into fighting stance.
Finish
Both sides take a step away from each other remaining in fighting stance.
