IPPONME (1st)
Attacker - (Left Stance) Step forward double punch (Jodan, Chudan), Adjust right foot, sweep with left foot, Right Gyakuzuki to kidney.
Defender - (Left Stance) Step back as attacker moves forward and blocks first punch with open hand Uchi Uke. (Stay in Free Fighting Stance).
NIHONME (2nd)
Attacker - (Right Stance) Left Gyakuzuki Jodan, Slide left foot in slightly as left punch returns to body center. Right hook opponents foot and left Gyakuzuki to kidney.
Defender - (Left Stance) Block in over left open hand. (Stay in Free Fighting Stance).
SANBONME (3rd)
Attacker - (Left Stance) Step forward double punch (Jodan, Chudan)
Defender - (Right Stance) Step back and left open block in over Jodan Punch. - After Attacker's Chudan Punch, slide forward with Junzuki No Tsukkomi.
Attacker - Step under left punch into right Shiko Dachi behind defender. Left hand under defender's left leg with straight right arm across defender's chest. - Scissor throw over right leg without holding, straightening legs. Drop down bending knees and right Uraken to nose. (If Opponents falls out of distance - close distance with right foot).
YONHONME (4th)
Attacker - (Right Stance) Right Uraken Jodan with left step, continuous movement with left open hand, stike elbow guard whilst returning right fist to hip, Right Gyakuzuki to kidney.
Defender - (Right Stance) Move front foot across 45o in avoidance, right head block to Attacker's Uraken Jodan.
Attacker - Grab defender's shoulders twist body and deliver Right Hiza Geri (Knee Kick to Stomach). - Dropping onto right foot, Right Empi (Elbow) to nape of neck (Shiko Dachi Stance).
GOHONME (5th)
Attacker - (Left Stance) Step through to right stance, Left Gyakuzuki Chudan, Surikomi, Right Maegeri.
Defender - (Left Stance) Step back, Right Uchi Uke Chudan. Step back left in over open hand blocking Kick. - Right Haito (Ridge hand) to stomach, (whilst sliding right foot in slightly) continuous Uraken to back of head. – Grap attackers right sholder with left hand, pull attacker down with right shuto breaking balance behind right knee. - Right Shuto to nose.
ROPPONME (6th)
Attacker - (Left Stance) Surikomi, left Maegeri. - Right Gyakuzuki Jodan – Slide forward and hook oponents right foot - Right Mawashigeri Chudan.
Defender - (Left Stance) One step back out of kick range and block punch open right hand in over.
NANAHONME (7th)
Attacker - (Left Stance) Left Double Snap Punch to Chudan, sliding forwards.
Defender - (Left Stance) Right open hand in open block (Both snap punches) sliding backwards. - Right Maegeri Chudan.
HAPPONME (8th)
Attacker - (Right Stance) Left foot slide and right foot hook attempt. - Full left sweep attempt turning into Right Ushirogeri Chudan. - Turning into right stance, left Gyakuzuki Chudan (Right back hand blocks defender's left hand).
Defender - (Left Stance) One step back (Out of hook range). - One step back (Out of sweep range).
